Serene White, RYT, has recently completed Svaroopa Yoga Therapy training. She recently returned from putting the final stroke on her series of classes in Pennsylvania; she is now a certified yoga therapist. This means she can do individualized sessions for people with conditions or limitations that make group classes difficult, e.g., back or joint pain, fibromyalgia, and much more. We'll say more about this next time and get it onto the services page. But that is not all! Serene White, RYT, is now also an LMT! Serene is a licensed massage therapist and has begun accepting massage clients. This is bound to be a very powerful combination of skills and training that she will bring to her sessions with her clients.

Beth Chretian, LMT, has also just joined the Ayurveda Center staff. A graduate of Roane State's massage program, Beth loves to do healing bodywork. She conducts Swedish, deep tissues, and therapeutic massages.
